In the Lean Green Belt lean training workshop offered by NorQuest College, you will further your understanding of lean thinking concepts and lean productivity tools and practices that will help you to achieve sustained growth within your organization. In order to earn the Lean Green Belt, you will be required to select an area within your organization and leverage lean productivity concepts in order to implement processes that will lead to sustained improvements in a workplace project.
This program provides students with an understanding of the theory and effective application of "Lean" concepts, tools, and practices to enable positive change. Students are required to target an area within their organization and leverage their learning to initiate, implement, and sustain quantitative and/or qualitative improvements through a workplace project. There is no prerequisite for this course. Students should consider their own learning styles and study habits when choosing online training.
