NorQuest College is a vibrant, inclusive, and diverse learning environment that transforms lives and strengthens communities.

At NorQuest, we have a unique ability to provide leaders with the skills Alberta needs in a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment. And with input from industry, business, and the public sector, we make learning relevant, transformational, and rewarding. We recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic has left leaders with added responsibilities and stressors. NorQuest Core Values are represented in the following competencies which rather than standalone modules, will be core competencies woven throughout each module. This program will focus on incorporating key components of the following throughout each module.
  • Resilience
  • Agility
  • Innovation
  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
NorQuest’s Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership provides participants in our leadership training programs with insights they may not receive in other programs. As a relatively new field of study, Inclusive Leadership and its core principles of building climates of belonging and recognizing unique contributions are fast-becoming essential in the skillset of any leader. This course will outline critical areas to practice, track and measure inclusive climate and leadership at the ATA towards a safe workplace and learning environment for all.
