NorQuest’s Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership provides participants in our leadership training programs with insights they may not receive in other programs. As a relatively new field of study, Inclusive Leadership and its core principles of building climates of belonging and recognizing unique contributions are fast-becoming essential in the skillset of any leader. This course will outline critical areas to practice, track and measure inclusive climate and leadership at the ATA towards a safe workplace and learning environment for all.
