Doing "more with less" is a need across all sectors in Alberta's changing economic environment. The Fundamentals and Advanced courses of the Business, Project, and Process Improvement program helps to address this need by focusing on the following topics:
  • Business Analysis
  • Quality Management
  • Project Management
  • Lean Enterprise
  • Change Management

The Business, Project, and Process Improvement program consists of  two (2) courses for a total of 52 hours of training.

  • All classes are completed in half-days on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.
    • Fundamentals course - 10 half-days
    • Advanced course - 5 half-days
  • Classes are held in-person or choose to join the live class virtually from home.
