Michele is the Director of Continuing Education and Partner Services at NorQuest College, a role that capitalizes on her experience in both the corporate and Alberta post-secondary sectors. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate services delivery and learning and development spheres, developing, delivering, and managing learning in academic, non-profit, and corporate universities and academies.
Prior to joining NorQuest, Michele worked in Corporate Services for Strategic Group, as a Director in the Continuing Education department of Mount Royal University and as a learning and development manager with Xerox Business Services. She has also taught at post-secondary institutions in southern Alberta and in the U.S.
Michele holds undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Biology from the University of Calgary, a PhD in English Literature from Northeastern University, and an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. She is passionate about the power of dedicated people to change the world for the better and has served as board member of the Calgary Centre for Global Community, Canadian Council on Nutrition, and the Popular Culture Association of Canada.
