Klay Dyer (PhD) leads an Alberta-based consultancy specializing in providing governmental, not-for-profit, and private sector clients with support in optimizing day-to-day operations, with a focus on financial and organizational sustainability; developing strategic partnerships; strategic, tactical, and operational planning around such business drivers as revenue diversification, innovation, and stakeholder management; and brand alignment as well as stakeholder, and community relationships. Past and current clients include the Ministry of Labour (the Government of Alberta), Strathcona County, and various organizations across northern Alberta.
