Keith Jarvis

Keith Jarvis has been cooking professionally for over 15 years and has had a lifelong passion for exceptional service and all aspects of the culinary arts. A native Scotsman, Keith moved to Edmonton in 2006 and has worked in some of the cities top hotels including 3 years heading up The Harvest Room at the Hotel Macdonald. Despite his experience behind the fine-dining line, Keith has always been fascinated with the honesty and intimacy of this ‘most important meal of the day.’  Currently, the breakfast chef at The Westin Edmonton Keith is dedicated to blending modern dietary and nutritional advice with truly delicious comfort foods and traditional fare.
Keith lives in Edmonton with his wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and a fish named Purple.
