Erin Waugh is the Lead Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at NorQuest College, previously working at NorQuest as an Intercultural Communication Facilitator. Erin has recently returned to Canada after working as a university instructor and intercultural educator for three years in the Sultanate of Oman. While working abroad, Erin worked on a team that featured more than 80 represented cultures.
With his experience working in the Sultanate of Oman and a Masters degree in Education from the University of Alberta, Erin has learned how to expertly deliver intercultural training sessions and critical interculturality to multicultural teams. Erin has served as an inclusion specialist for multiple organizations in Canada and the United States, and has been praised for his versatile adult education skills, intercultural communication abilities, and public speaking skills. Though originally from Canada, Erin has previously lived in Egypt, Switzerland, Japan, Israel, and the Sultanate of Oman.
