Train with us today

Our Foundations of Cooking training is designed by top Chefs in the industry to fill a growing gap between entry and executive level positions. Learners will be taught the theoretical and hands-on skills that will be required of them in the workplace and the essential interpersonal and professional skills needed to be successful in a life-long career.

NorQuest College has also designed a series of culinary workshops in partnership with leaders in the Edmonton culinary industry to develop healthy living habits, improve the skills of those in the industry, and cater to individuals looking to explore a special interest.
While these courses and workshops are currently scheduled at our Downtown campus, training can also be customized and offered at a different location for larger groups. Click the links below to register or contact us to be notified when more courses become available or for more information about our custom training options.

NorQuest's Cook and Culinary Training has a lot to offer. Whether you are just starting a career in the food industry or wanting to advance, we continue to build training and programs the hospitality industry needs and expects.
