  • April 23: Commitment to Psychological Safety in your Company & Diversity Fluent Teams from 9:00AM – 11:30AM
  • April 30: Inclusion at Work (online independent)
  • May 7: Diversity Fluent Teams (continued) from 9:00am – 11:30am
  • May 14: Creating Your Workplace Charter (online independent)
  • May 28: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in your Organization from 9:00AM – 11:00AM
  • June 4: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in your organization from 9:00AM – 11:00AM
  • June 11: Global Diversity & Inclusion Benchmark Assessment (online independent)
  • June 18: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in your Organization from 9:00AM – 11:00AM
  • June 25: Putting it All Together/Celebration of Success from 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Everyone is responsible for creating a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace free from harassment, discrimination, violence, and bullying. The results of this accountability can be seen in improved employee engagement and retention, increased team productivity and innovation, and an inclusive organizational culture. This course gives you the knowledge and resources to develop your own, your team's, and your organization's psychological safety and inclusion initiatives.
