Our organization recently ran a couple half day sessions of how to hold Difficult Conversations. It was so well done and the facilitator was so engaging that people began to waitlist for it, and we had to add more sessions. The DISC assessment that was personalized to each participant and watching them explore their own results was a highlight. Our 100 participants were very appreciative- thanks Norquest.
