Success stories

Read first-hand about creating a culture of inclusion from two of our clients: Enbridge and the Edmonton International Airport.

Sherritt International Corporation (Sherritt) is one of three industry partners working with the Centre for Women in Science, Engineering, Technology and Trades (WinSETT) research project on improving workplace culture for women in STEM companies.  WinSETT has retained Norquest College’s Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership and Dr. Lori Campbell has been working to help Sherritt in assessing its current strengths and challenges in the area of diversity and inclusion (D&I).  Over the past year, this work has helped Sherritt to move this discussion into concrete goals and priorities related to developing and sustaining an inclusive workplace culture. Sherritt expects this will result in significant contributions to the knowledge base on how workplaces can attract, retain, and engage the potential of women in science, engineering, technology and trades.
