Custom Workplace Skills Development training costs can range and are dependent on training requirements, instructors, location, evaluation manpower, and delivery methods chosen.

Custom training courses will be facilitated at NorQuest College’s Downtown Edmonton campus or a pre-approved approved training facility.

NorQuest College’s Strategic Social Media for Organizations custom training gives you and your team the knowledge needed to effectively utilize social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for your organization. 

Supervisor and Management 

Ensuring that members of your team are equipped with the skills and experience needed in order to step up to management and supervisory roles is important to the long-term success of any organization. NorQuest College’s Supervisor and Management custom training gives your team the problem solving and decision making skills needed to work in a management level capacity, how to design and implement management strategies within your organization, and how to effectively communicate through written and oral methods. 

Project Management 

NorQuest College has partnered with Edutainer53 Consulting Ltd. and its president, Randall T. (Randy) Black, P.Eng., PMP, to build project management training that is relevant to the needs of you and your workforce. 

The Project Management training is a 3-day workshop offered through our custom training department. Your group will be taken through the mechanics of a project and will be given the opportunity to plan a project with the guidance of the facilitator. From initiation to completion, all phases of the project will reviewed. This training is ideal for organizations and individuals that manage projects and who work with project teams. With a strong emphasis on communication, you will be shown best practices, techniques, and guided through the process with a real-world approach that can easily be applied back to your next mission-critical project.
