Fundamental Leadership Principles - XBUS 1964

A common but dangerous assumption of business: a skilled employee will naturally be a skilled leader. Leadership is a totally new skill set and mindset for many people, and this interactive, engaging workshop helps as either a refresher for experienced leaders or a primer for those about to make the leap into a leadership role. It looks at power and performance, trust and conflict, and how to build an authentic leadership style, as well as strategies and behaviours that have proven successful for centuries.
